Collaboration in problem detection and resolution **Job Description** We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to work at TRI Telecom in Porto Alegre, RS. This professional will be responsible for performing daily maintenance activities related to equipment and building structures, carrying out preventive maintenance, and collaborating in problem detection and resolution. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. **Main Responsibilities:** Masonry * Repairs to walls, floors, and sidewalks * Block laying, plastering, and structural corrections Painting * Interior and exterior painting * Surface preparation (sanding, filler application, primer) * Facade touch-ups and maintenance Exterior Area Maintenance * Grass cutting * Garden cleaning and maintenance * Organization of external common areas General Maintenance * Minor plumbing repairs (faucets, traps, simple leaks) * Light bulb replacement and basic electrical maintenance * Support in various building conservation services * Tool and material organization * Crack, leakage, and fissure repairs **Working Hours** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM — Monday to Friday. **Salary and Benefits** Salary: R$ 1.655,26 + 30% hazard pay = R$ 2.151,00 FLASH benefit card VA/VR: R$ 40.00 per working day VC: ranging from R$ 20.00 to R$ 40.00 per working day (depending on location) or VT Childcare allowance: R$ 300.00 (for children up to 6 years old) Free gym membership Unimed health plan Uniodonto dental plan Panvel pharmacy partnership Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: starting from R$2.150,00 per month Benefits: * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Where do you reside?
