Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Assistant to perform general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep, with availability for rotating shifts and teamwork. Repairs of gates, water tanks, motors, and installations. Execution of minor repairs and painting tasks. Ensuring equipment and facility maintenance. Requirements: Experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and electricity. Skills in repairs and painting. Proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). We Offer: \*Base Salary:\* R$1\.700, then R$1\.850,00 \+ 20% Hazard Pay \+ 2% Tip Allowance \*Meal Voucher (after 3 months):\* R$ 200.00 \*Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:\* R$ 300.00 \*Immediate Attendance Bonus:\* R$ 130 \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; schedule to be coordinated with the manager. * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
