Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for indicator analysis, supporting the morning meeting, daily line rounds, line documentation, and monitoring production startups and changeovers to drive continuous improvement. Would you like to join our team? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze D-1 indicators, top efficiency offenders, identify the TOP 3 issues of the day, verify production entries (adjustments classified as Operational, breakdowns classified as Equipment), and generate reports for the daily Cell meeting; * Prepare daily materials for the morning Cell meeting, supporting the Cell Coordinator with the most relevant information from the previous day; * Conduct daily line rounds to sample-check key operational standards—including line nominal values, beverage temperature, filler pressure, and so on—across each piece of equipment to identify and correct process anomalies; * Manage line documentation: print shift-change notebooks, print first-shift notebooks, provide the team with necessary resources to ensure daily process controls, and develop/review operational parameter handbooks; * Monitor all production startups (line start-ups) and changeovers (SETUP) occurring during your shift to support the operations team and transfer knowledge to the team, improving the handbooks; * Notify executed operational maintenance orders; * Drive process improvements through continuous improvement projects; * Manage Manufacturing OKRs; * Participate in team meetings to monitor performance indicators; * Occasionally, as requested, cover meal breaks during contingencies due to staff shortages or efficiency/product cut crises (operate equipment); **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education**: Completed technical degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields.
