Position: Production Leader
Temporary or permanent contract? Permanent
Salary R$ 3\.000,00
Working hours and days of the week: Monday to Friday \- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM / Saturdays 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Required experience and knowledge: Filling Line Leader.

Education level: Technical or undergraduate studies in progress.

Desired Qualifications: Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in industrial, mechanical, electro-technical, or related fields; experience in people management; knowledge of production processes and performance indicators; team leadership skills and strong communication ability; organization, proactivity, and results-oriented focus; computer literacy and familiarity with production systems
Responsibilities
Coordinate and guide teams in daily production activities, loading, and unloading operations. Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. Monitor departmental goals and performance indicators. Assist in resolving technical and operational problems.
Requirements
\- Relevant work experience. Experience in filling line operations.
