Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting and supervising the receipt, organization, storage, and return of materials, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards. Preparation of indicator reports and maintenance of spreadsheets **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Qualifications:** * Technical course in Electrical Engineering / Electrotechnology / Electromechanics / Quality required; * Active registration with CFT required; * Intermediate Excel knowledge preferred; * Familiarity with electrical materials and ability to use tools for evaluation, measurement, and precision assessment of materials — an advantage; * Report writing experience preferred; * ERP system knowledge. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and inspect incoming materials from suppliers and partners, verifying compliance with technical specifications and current standards; * Oversee material organization and storage processes within the Distribution Center area, ensuring adherence to supplier-recommended standards; * Conduct and supervise the return process of materials from partners, including segregation and inspection to determine physical condition (good, damaged, scrap), aiming for reuse while complying with supplier and customer technical standards; * Conduct and supervise transportation and segregation of all materials and equipment located across Distribution Center areas using necessary tools; * Prepare indicator reports and maintain spreadsheets, among other duties.
