If you also believe creativity makes life easier, check out our available opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative routines of the department, such as budgeting, procurement, contracts, and control of invoices (services and maintenance); * Issue service orders and purchase requisitions; * Assist in receiving, checking, and controlling materials; * Support payment management and monitoring of contracts with third parties and service providers; * Contribute to technical projects, including drafting descriptive memoranda and technical drawings (2D); * Read and interpret electrical schematics and/or infrastructure projects; * Assist in verifying field-executed services and applied materials; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities of facilities; * Participate in meetings with internal clients and suppliers; * Organize and maintain updated technical and legal documentation of the department; * Address requests related to group units. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in **Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture**, up to the 6th semester; * Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD (2D drawings)**; * Knowledge of administrative routines; * Familiarity with procurement processes, contracts, and invoices will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Chartered Transportation/Transportation Voucher (VT) * Bicycle Parking * Parking * Cafeteria * Life Insurance Our company is creative, restless, future-oriented, and ready to embrace the new.
