Job Summary: A technical professional responsible for monitoring, parameterizing, and optimizing facilities to ensure energy efficiency and preventive maintenance, while also providing technical support and guiding the team. Key Highlights: 1. Active monitoring and optimization of facilities for efficiency 2. Level-2 technical support and problem resolution 3. Technical reference and guidance for new employees 1) Perform remote active monitoring to reduce failures, unnecessary and harmful shutdowns affecting facility operations, scheduling proactive maintenance and optimizing resources in accordance with the Company's maintenance policy. 2) Carry out parameterization and adjustments of facilities according to the optimal profile and characteristics of each unit, preserving the original embedded technology to achieve energy efficiency. 3) Monitor alarms generated by the software, analyze occurrences to direct the best technical solution, and inform all stakeholders involved in the process whenever necessary. 4) Respond to scheduled or emergency level-2 service requests, reporting anomalies or issues exceeding one's expertise to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards for facilities, systems, machines, equipment, or active components of the Company. 5) Guide new employees by suggesting improvements to operational procedures, thereby establishing oneself as a technical reference. 6) Pay attention to waste of all kinds, using resources rationally and Minimum Education: Technical Course Desired Qualifications: * Electroelectronics, Technical Course * Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Technical Course * Mechanics, Technical Course * Electromechanics, Technical Course * Electrical Engineering, Technical Course * Unimed Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * On-site Restaurant * Profit Sharing
