RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement internal communication strategic planning. * Update content on internal social media platforms and assist in developing communication campaigns. * Produce textual and visual content for the intranet and other communication channels. * Monitor institutional image and develop special content for publications. * Plan and organize institutional events, including identifying and managing suppliers and service providers. * Design initiatives and campaigns to enhance key institutional strategic areas. * Ensure adherence to the department’s budget and analyze return on investment. * Track departmental performance metrics and indicators. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in image editing software, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Corporate TV. * Experience in internal communication, institutional communication, employer branding, organizational climate and culture, marketing, and internal marketing. * Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills. * Eagerness to learn and stay updated.
