Job Summary: Assist in the creation and development of visual materials, labels, packaging, and digital assets, collaborating with the marketing team to standardize the brand's visual identity. Collaboration with the marketing team and oversight of the graphic production process **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking a DESIGN ASSISTANT in Novo Hamburgo/RS** Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and development of the brand's visual materials; Support in designing labels, packaging, boxes, and general graphic materials; Edit images and retouch photos for use in catalogs, e-commerce, and social media; Develop digital assets for Instagram, Stories, banners, and paid advertisements; Collaborate with the marketing team to standardize the brand's visual identity; Organize and update design files and mockups; Assist in reviewing texts and layouts prior to production and printing; Oversee the graphic production process to ensure final output meets the company's quality standards. Requirements: Basic knowledge of design and social media is desirable; Proficiency in design software; Familiarity with visual identity and branding. Skills: Creativity and attention to detail; Strong communication and teamwork abilities; Organization and adherence to deadlines; Proactivity and eagerness to learn. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break)
