Job Summary: Mandatory unpaid internship in nutrition, focused on assisting the supervising nutritionist with counseling routines, data organization, and nutrition education under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in nutritional counseling routines and data organization 2. Support the development and monitoring of individualized meal plans 3. Contribute to humanized care and nutrition education initiatives UNPAID INTERNSHIP POSITION FOR MANDATORY INTERNSHIP * Assist the supervising nutritionist in nutritional counseling routines * Support scheduling, medical record management, and client documentation * Collect and organize nutritional and anthropometric data * Always work under the supervision of a licensed nutritionist * Adhere to internal protocols, ethical standards, and biosafety guidelines * Assist in conducting anthropometric assessments (weight, height, BMI, circumferences) * Support the use of body composition assessment equipment (e.g., bioimpedance) * Enter data into the clinic's system * Monitor clients' physical progress throughout treatment * Assist in developing individualized meal plans **under supervision** * Support monitoring adherence to meal plans * Provide client guidance on dietary routines according to the nutritionist's directives * Assist in adjusting meal plans based on client progress and clinic protocols * Support nutrition and dietary education initiatives * Assist in advising clients on healthy habits and lifestyle changes * Contribute to humanized, empathetic, and motivational care * Support internal initiatives for client engagement and retention * Assist in managing and organizing nutritional materials * Support completion of follow-up reports and performance indicators * Assist in organizing the counseling environment Job Type: Internship, Apprenticeship Selection Question(s): * Must currently be enrolled in a semester that requires and permits mandatory internship.
