If you identify with our purpose, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and support Hedge Accounting governance for Cooperatives and Banco Sicredi. * Prepare and review Hedge Relationship Designation Memoranda, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and accounting requirements. * Develop and monitor prospective and retrospective effectiveness tests for hedge accounting transactions. * Continuously monitor compliance of hedge structures with current regulatory criteria. * Participate in implementing new hedge strategies and expanding the process to new products and financial exposures. * Interact with Treasury, Risk Management, Products, Cooperatives, Central Entities, and other stakeholders involved in hedge structure management. * Propose improvements, automations, and enhancements to processes, controls, and tools used in hedge structure management. * Prepare technical materials, metrics, and executive reports related to the process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of financial accounting and regulations applicable to the financial market. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical capability to interpret data, financial transactions, and accounting impacts. * Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders. * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and focused on risk mitigation and compliance. * Interest in the financial market, financial products, and risk management. * Mindset oriented toward continuous improvement, innovation, and process automation. * Curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to handle technical and challenging topics. **Desirable:** * Experience in financial institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil. * Knowledge of Hedge Accounting and IFRS 9. * Understanding of financial instruments and derivatives. * Knowledge of market risk, liquidity risk, or interest rate risk management. * Experience preparing effectiveness tests and documenting hedge relationships. * Knowledge of financial instrument accounting. * Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA. * Knowledge of Power BI, Databricks, or other data analytics tools. * Proficiency in SQL and Python. * Financial market certifications (CPA-20, CEA, CGA, CFA, FRM, or similar). * Knowledge of Credit Cooperativism. * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master’s in Finance, Financial Markets, Accounting, Controlling, or related fields. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consisting of 3 days on-site at our headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days remote.
