Continue here to learn more about this position! \>Responsibilities: * Monitor operational indicators (unavailable stations, maintenance SLA, NPS, stockouts, etc.) and propose corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the bicycle fleet to a high quality standard. * Guarantee station functionality. * Participate in Logistics, Field, Station, Fleet, and BPVC processes. * Monitor and optimize inventory management, parts sorting, and distribution. * Support the implementation of standardized processes, policies, and routines, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. * Support coordination in strategic decision-making, proposing continuous improvements. * Act proactively to resolve process failures, operational bottlenecks, and team conflicts. * Supervise shifts, schedules, productivity, and working hours, ensuring efficient operational coverage. * Lead, train, and develop the operations team, ensuring application of HR policies and procedures as defined by Management. * Supervise shifts, schedules, productivity, and working hours, ensuring efficient operational coverage. \>Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. \>Requirements: * Experience leading operational teams. * Experience in field operations. * Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and ability to manage KPIs. * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. * Driver’s license category B. \>Why you should join us: Every day, we work to inspire and make it easy for thousands of people to change their daily routines and the cities they live in.
