




Job Summary: The professional will handle transportation operational routines, provide driver support, schedule cargoes, manage documentation, and interact with the Control Tower. Key Highlights: 1. Direct interaction with drivers and support for operational routines 2. Work in the Control Tower with monitoring of requests 3. Support to the cargo and route scheduling team #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuance of CT-e and MDF-e; * Direct interaction with drivers and support for their operational routines; * Control and verification of transportation documentation; * Work in the Control Tower, including opening and monitoring SM (Monitoring Requests); * Sending reports to CALs regarding driver status, window fulfillment, and movements; * Support to the cargo and route scheduling team; * Registration and updating of driver data, as well as overall registry management; * Scheduling of pickups and returns at Depots and Terminals. #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable); * Knowledge of transportation routines and fiscal documentation (CT-e, MDF-e); * Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Prior experience in similar roles is a plus. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Professional development opportunities and training.
