We are seeking a Senior Financial Assistant to focus on invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring reliable controls and accurate information for management. * Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely execution. * Issue service invoices and rental receipts, verifying tax-related data. * Monitor and manage daily cash flow. * Perform bank reconciliations and verify bank statements. * Track due dates for bills, contracts, and financial obligations. * Monitor delinquency and conduct customer collections. * Organize financial/tax documentation and support monthly closing. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Experience issuing service invoices, ISS, and withholding taxes. * Knowledge of bank reconciliation and cash flow management. * Familiarity with billing and customer collections. * Basic understanding of service taxation. * Intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets and financial controls). * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines. * Strong communication skills and discretion regarding financial information. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP financial systems. * Previous work experience in service or rental companies. * Experience supporting accounting/monthly closing.
