Your work will be essential to **protect customers, reduce risks, and strengthen business trust**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle processes related to **fraud prevention and mitigation for credit and debit cards**, focusing on preventive and reactive analyses, ensuring compliance with **Visa and Mastercard** network rules. * **Manage chargeback disputes due to fraud**, ensuring correct classification under network codes, adherence to regulatory deadlines, and proper documentation and evidence management. * Analyze and interpret the **modus operandi of card fraud**, identifying behavioral patterns, flow vulnerabilities, and opportunities to improve existing controls. * Act with **agility and dynamism** in preventive and reactive actions, balancing operational efficiency, cooperative member experience, and financial risk mitigation. * Use and operate **fraud monitoring and prevention tools**, including solutions certified by card networks and internal systems, ensuring accurate interpretation of disputes. * Contribute to the **development, review, and improvement of processes and workflows**, collaborating with internal areas (Channels, Monitoring, Products, Legal, and Technology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with the **Cards product**, payment methods, or fraud prevention. * In-depth knowledge of **Visa and Mastercard** network rules and tools. * Knowledge of **data, metrics, SQL, Power BI, or analytical tools**. * Interest in or experience with **automation, AI, and fraud detection models**. * Experience in dynamic environments with high data volumes and critical decision-making. * Analytical profile, curious and detail-oriented. * Genuine interest in **fraud prevention, risk, data, and security**. * Strong communication skills, capable of clearly and objectively explaining analyses and decisions. * Collaborative, ethical, and responsible attitude. * Willingness to learn, evolve, and take ownership of continuous improvement. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av.
