Join a team that believes in the power of cooperation to transform realities. **Here, our greatest strength is UNITY!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Generate insights for strategic decisions and business evolution by creating queries and monitoring KPIs that drive actions and outcomes. * Ensure compliance, stability, and scalability of products by identifying and mitigating risks. * Develop and present materials for diverse audiences. * Train internal teams and produce content (manuals, presentations, etc.). * Manage change and communicate product updates. * Work with cooperatives and central entities to promote products. * Identify improvement opportunities based on metrics and user feedback. * Collaborate with partner areas (Product Development, Data, Product Managers, Operations) on continuous design and research initiatives. * Optimize processes and workflows with a focus on efficiency and user experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with financial products. * Knowledge of data analysis and artificial intelligence tools. * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), SQL queries, DataBricks, and Figma. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. * Willingness to travel. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields (preferred). **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for business area positions, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days remote.
