Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Responsibilities Serve and guide internal and external customers as well as suppliers. Proactively and reactively provide available information and clarifications regarding products and services offered by the Entities via telephone, e\-mail, and other media, following established procedures and routines. Actively and reactively record, process, and qualify all interactions via system, telephone, e\-mail, and other media. Monitor, prioritize, and handle unresolved issues via telephone, e\-mail, and other media, following established procedures and routines, and/or escalate to responsible technical departments. Inform customers of the status of unresolved issues. Conduct proactive research and/or outbound calls to customers as required, following established procedures and routines. Collect, organize, maintain, handle, and archive data and information, following established procedures and routines. Participate in developing, executing, controlling, and updating processes within your department. Assist in preparing and delivering training programs related to your area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Prepare reports, correspondence, texts, and documents to support analysis and decision-making. Manage inventory of materials within your department.
