The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in the recording, verification, and tracking of the company's administrative and logistical information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Enter and track orders in the system; * Record invoices and other administrative documents; * Maintain contact with customers, factories, and commercial representatives; * Perform receiving, inspection, expiry date verification, and inventory control of products; * Support the preparation of balances, inventories, and control reports; * Monitor goods receipt, dispatch, and storage processes; * Assist in other administrative routines within the department. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative and/or logistical routines; * Basic knowledge of management systems and invoice issuance; * **Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);** * Good communication skills and organizational ability; * **Willingness to travel.** * **PREFERRED: Residence in the South Zone** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
