




Job Summary: Providing technical support to customers and installers, guidance on photovoltaic systems, monitoring of solar power plants, and recording of incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for customers and photovoltaic system installers. 2. Monitoring and troubleshooting solar power plants. 3. Remote inverter configuration and preparation of technical reports. Provide technical support to customers and installers via telephone, e\-mail, or chat. Provide guidance on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems. Monitor solar power plant performance through online platforms. Identify generation faults and direct them toward technical correction. Assist with remote configuration and parameterization of inverters. Record support interactions and incidents in the internal ticketing system. Prepare simple technical reports on performed support activities. Completed high school education. Desired knowledge includes fundamentals of electricity (direct current and alternating current), reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams, inverter configuration and parameterization, monitoring of solar power plants via online platforms, basic knowledge of NR\-10, and ability to analyze energy generation data.
