Senior Observability Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in observability and monitoring who can translate technical topics into business benefits and propose creative solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Practical knowledge of Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and Mimir. Experience integrating data from diverse sources (APM, logs, metrics, alerts, synthetics). Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with OpenTelemetry (collectors, instrumentation, exporters). Understanding of technical and business metrics and their correlation in dashboards. Knowledge of observability-friendly protocols and integrations (HTTP, gRPC, REST APIs, etc.). Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, etc.) is a plus. **Desirable:** Desired Profile Strong technical and commercial communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical topics into business benefits. Consultative, didactic, and collaborative mindset, with enthusiasm for teaching and demonstrating value.
