Job Summary: Quality Control Assistant to handle regulatory document administration, supervision of Customer Service (SAC) and Technical Support, and monitoring of Quality procedures. Focus on continuous improvement of Quality processes Position: Quality Control Assistant \- SAC (Customer Service) Temporary or permanent contract? Permanent Salary \- to be negotiated \- R$ 2,431.50 initial Number of positions: 01 Working hours and days per week: Monday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Benefits: Transportation allowance per working day and meal voucher (R$ 30.00\), per working day. Hazardous or unhealthy work conditions? No Education: Completed high school (mandatory) Ongoing or completed higher education is a plus Participating cities/neighborhoods: Porto Alegre (center and North Zone), Canoas, Esteio, Sapucaia (provided only metro is used). Responsibilities \- Administer regulatory documents for a Health Products company (permits, licenses, certificates): \- Review and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Records (QRs), as well as other internal documents related to Quality; \- Directly supervise Customer Service (SAC) and Technical Support departments; \- Monitor compliance with Quality Control procedures across all other company departments; \- Analyze regulatory documents from suppliers and customers; \- Identify and record Non-Conformities, analyze root causes, and implement necessary corrective actions; \- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with Quality procedures and standards; \- Conduct Quality-related training for employees, as required; \- Respond to internal and external Quality-related requests via e\-mail and chat; \- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Quality processes.
