Then join us in cooperation! **Responsibilities and duties** * Respond to requests registered by employees in service request management tools, providing technical support and resolving users' questions; * Support installation, configuration, and management activities for software and applications (Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive / SharePoint, Intune), antivirus, among others); * Install, configure, and support desktop applications used by Unicred Cooperatives; * Install, configure, and support peripherals used with Unicred’s desktop applications, such as cash register printers, barcode scanners, and PIN pads; * Manage computers and security policies (Active Directory domain) to control access to network resources and automate configurations; * Validate, manage, and distribute hardware and software updates for workstations across Unicred Cooperatives; * Analyze events from endpoint protection solutions (antivirus); * Support security event analysis activities (WAF, firewall); * Provide technical support for local network, Wi\-Fi, and VPN client connectivity; * Support inventory and control activities for organizational computing resources (computers and peripherals); * Perform backup and recovery of files and data from Microsoft 365; * Document IT operations management and support processes and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems; * Solid knowledge of basic computing and peripherals; * Knowledge of computer networks and telecommunications; * Knowledge of Active Directory environment administration; * Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform products (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Microsoft Intune); * Familiarity with ITIL. **Additional information** **Our Benefits** Caring for people lies at the heart of everything we do.
