Job Summary: We are seeking a multifunctional professional to manage products, digital marketing, customer service (SAC), and visual communication for our women's footwear e-commerce platform, with a focus on continuous growth and learning. Opportunity to implement improvements and automate processes. About the Company: We are ***Lallaz***, an e\-commerce platform specializing in women's footwear. Our mission is to deliver the best online shopping experience, becoming our customers' favorite store. **About the Position:** * Perform complete product listings, including SEO-optimized descriptions, tags, images, and videos; * Provide customer service (SAC); * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and route requests accordingly; * Implement marketing campaigns and manage automations, analyzing returns and results; * Continuously improve the website by updating banners and visual communications; * Manage social media accounts, publishing posts according to schedule; * Support order picking and shipping as needed (e.g., overflow coverage, absence or vacation coverage); * Research and implement supporting software to enhance site performance, increase sales, optimize the customer journey, and automate processes; * Create graphics and edit videos to support website and social media communications. **Requirements:** * Experience in the field (ERP and e\-commerce platforms); * Proficiency with tools such as Canva, video editors, etc.; * Excel; * Formal Portuguese writing skills, with courteous and empathetic communication; * Experience in customer service (SAC); * Social media management experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with Olist and/or Nuvemshop; * Experience integrating with marketplaces. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
