The Condominium Assistant at Auxi is responsible for providing direct support to the agency’s Condominium Manager and Account Manager regarding all matters related to maintaining the condominium client portfolio. In this role, you will provide the necessary support to ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality service and assistance to condominium boards and residents. In this opportunity, you will take on the challenge of working in our largest business area. We currently manage over 3,300 condominiums across Brazil and impact more than 600,000 people daily through our work. You will also be responsible for: * Supporting the administration of the condominium client portfolio; * Addressing inquiries and requests from condominium boards and residents, such as issuing duplicate payment slips, preparing quotations, sending notifications, and other related tasks; * Preparing materials for condominium meetings, assisting the Account Manager with convening meetings, drafting agendas, scheduling, financial reporting, and subsequently preparing official meeting minutes; * Supporting the preparation of condominium budget forecasts.
