Located in Porto Alegre, in the Vila Jardim neighborhood, it is seeking the following profile:** After-Sales Assistant — Furniture Industry Responsibilities: * Follow up with customers after furniture delivery and assembly to ensure satisfaction. * Receive and record complaints, suggestions, or requests related to delivered products. * Create and monitor service orders for technical support, adjustments, or part replacements. * Maintain direct contact with the assembly, production, and technical support teams to resolve incidents. * Record customer interactions in the system and generate performance reports and customer feedback. * Ensure all after-sales processes comply with the company’s quality standards. * Act with empathy, patience, and a focus on customer retention. **Requirements:** * Prior customer service experience, *preferably in the furniture industry*. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability and agility in problem-solving. * Basic knowledge of custom-built or modular furniture. * Proficiency in customer service systems (CRM, ERP, or similar). * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). * Ability to professionally handle conflict situations. **Advantages:** * Experience in after-sales roles at custom-built furniture companies. * Knowledge of reading technical drawings. * Basic understanding of furniture assembly (to better grasp operational demands). * Training in customer service or related fields. **Behavioral Profile:** \- Strong communication skills \- Commitment to deadlines and proactive attitude \- Enjoyment of phone-based communication \- Attention to detail and organizational skills Position located in **Porto Alegre** Please also send your CV by e-mail: **head.inovacao@gmail.com** **Neighborhood: Vila Jardim — near Saturnino de Brito.** Job type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * After-sales customer service (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
