Job Summary: The HR Assistant will be responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process, from job requisition alignment to onboarding, with a focus on talent attraction and retention. Ideal position for those seeking to work in a dynamic HR environment. ### **HR Assistant** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Align job requirements with managers; * Post job openings on employment platforms and social media; * Screen resumes; * Conduct interviews (online and in-person); * Prepare evaluation reports and forward candidates to managers; * Monitor recruitment and selection indicators (time-to-fill, turnover, etc.); * Support onboarding of approved candidates; * Maintain an updated talent database. ### **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in recruitment and selection; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and sense of priority; * Familiarity with job posting platforms. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-volume recruitment; * Experience conducting competency-based interviews; * Knowledge of candidate hunting and proactive sourcing; * Experience with HR metrics. ### **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:12 to 18:00 ### **Work Location:** Centro - Porto Alegre/RS ### **Benefits:** Fixed salary + Hazard pay R$324.20 + Transportation allowance (VT) + Meal allowance R$22.00 per day + Dr. Central app + Performance bonus.
