They will also monitor employees at construction sites, supporting managers in aligning candidate profiles with team needs. This position requires close collaboration with operations, with **availability for weekly travel to inland areas of Rio Grande do Sul (RS)** to address personnel needs at construction sites. * Lead **end-to-end Recruitment and Selection** processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and candidate referrals; * Support **new employee onboarding**, ensuring initial alignment with both the company and the construction site; * Conduct **employee and team monitoring at construction sites**, supporting managers in aligning personnel profiles and staffing needs; * Serve as the **interface between managers and the HR department**, supporting requests related to personnel movement and hiring; * Support the **organization of recruitment and selection data and metrics**; * Prepare records and reports related to selection processes; * Support the HR department in **organizing documents and information required for employee admissions**; * Ensure hiring processes comply with the company's **internal policies**. **KNOWLEDGE** * Labor legislation and related work regulations * Recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes * HR management systems (ERP, ATS, payroll systems)
