Calculate social and labor statutory contributions, ensuring fulfillment of tax obligations. Manage vacations and employment terminations. Stay updated on labor laws to prevent litigation. Clarify employee inquiries regarding payslips and benefits. Generate personnel cost reports and prepare data for audits. Perform tasks typical of a Human Resources Analyst role. On-site work in Canoas / RS.
