Develop and implement internal marketing initiatives **ATTENTION, PROFESSIONAL CANDIDATE** Completing all fields of your professional profile on our platform **increases by 90%** your chances of being approved—at least for the first stage—of this selection process!  **Opportunity** for Human Resources Analyst. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes—from aligning job profiles with leadership to onboarding new employees. * Plan, execute, and monitor Training and Development initiatives aligned with business needs and team development. * Develop and implement internal marketing initiatives to strengthen internal communication, employee engagement, and organizational culture. * Serve as the HR subject-matter expert and Business Partner, supporting managers and employees by providing guidance on work schedules, timekeeping, and payroll—ensuring accurate answers to questions related to work schedules, timekeeping, and payroll. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience leading end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes—including profile alignment with leadership and new employee onboarding. * Experience planning, executing, and monitoring Training and Development activities. * Experience developing and implementing internal marketing and internal communication initiatives. * Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and ability to influence leadership. * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks. * Proactive, collaborative mindset aligned with building and reinforcing organizational culture. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related fields (Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or similar). * Experience working in high-volume environments requiring strong organization, prioritization, and deadline adherence. * Generalist HR knowledge and perspective. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–11:48 AM \- 1:00 PM–6:00 PM\. **What We Offer:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Wellhub Our story began in 1962, alongside Volkswagen’s history in Rio Grande do Sul.
