If you hold a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; possess an analytical profile, systemic vision; and enjoy performing financial processes with accuracy and autonomy, this position is for you! **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Postgraduate qualification will be considered a plus; **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor accounts payable and receivable flows, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines * Perform billing activities, including issuance and dispatch of invoices and submission to client portals * Control payments to avoid penalties and ensure financial compliance * Execute bank reconciliations and maintain updated records * Monitor collections processes, identifying inconsistencies and improvement opportunities * Analyze financial data and support profitability control * Prepare information for monthly accounting closing * Maintain relationships with clients, negotiating payment terms and resolving financial issues * Update and ensure reliability of customer master data * Support financial performance analysis through KPIs and reports * Monitor costs and identify optimization opportunities * Support investment analysis and strategic decision-making * Control budgets, ensuring adherence to financial limits **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance (Unimed); * Performance-based bonus opportunity; * WellHub (Gympass); * Meal and food allowance of R$ 41.71/day; * Extended maternity and paternity leave programs; **Additional Information:** * Hybrid work model: 2 days remote + 3 days on-site; * Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; * Location: Porto Alegre/RS.
