Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Billing Flow Management:** Contribute to executing the full Accounts Receivable cycle—from customer registration through billing and sending required documents to ensure payment; * **Credit Analysis:** Prepare financial assessments for new customers, mitigating business risks. * **Revenue Recovery:** Manage overdue receivables with a focus on negotiation and maintaining customer relationships. * **Data Analysis:** Generate and analyze financial reports to support leadership decision-making. * **Process Improvement:** Support automation of manual routines and integration of contracts into the ERP. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Processes; * Intermediate Excel (proficiency in formulas); * ERP knowledge; * High self-management and organizational capacity, with agility to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment governed by financial closing deadlines. **Additional Information** * English or Spanish (we interface with other countries/partners); * Experience with data visualization tools (**Dashboards/Power BI**); * Familiarity with AI tools for process automation, prompt creation for financial report analysis, routine optimization, and rapid data analysis is a plus. * · Being **Pmweber** means finding a collaborative space brimming with growth opportunities.
