Job Summary: Collections Analyst responsible for managing and monitoring receivables, conducting active and passive collections, and executing procedures for extension and protest. Key Highlights: 1. Drafting and issuing letters of consent Collections Analyst position based in Porto Alegre, Moinhos de Vento neighborhood Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Education:** Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields; On-site position Record received payments to clear receivables; verify receivable movements in bank return files; send collection emails to drawees with overdue receivables; contact drawees with overdue receivables via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; submit receivables to the notary office for protest; draft and issue letters of consent; perform extensions, discounts, and suspension of protests for receivables, among other duties. **Compensation:** Initial salary of R$ 2116.00 Meal/food allowance (R$ 40.00 per working day on the Alelo Tudo card), transportation allowance or commuting assistance (for days worked when using a personal vehicle), Bradesco Top National health insurance plan (no co-payment), variable compensation, awards, semiannual performance bonuses based on goal achievement, TotalPass. **Minimum Education Level:** Undergraduate degree
