Collection of returned bills and checks via telephone, WhatsApp, email, customer trade references, deposit spreadsheets, issuance of collection letters, monitoring SPC entries and exits every 30 days, issuing duplicate payment slips, and sending advance payment slips; Support to the credit analysis department when required. **Requirements:** Completed high school education.
