




Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to perform food control, buffet organization, customer service, and goods receipt at a school restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. Food control and preparation 2. Goods receipt and input verification **RESTAURANT SEEKING:** KITCHEN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES \- Fill out equipment and food temperature control spreadsheets (lunch and dinner), prepare bags for meal sample collection, collect food samples according to protocol, set up and dismantle the buffet, organize and distribute snacks, assist in removing and cleaning the buffet after meals, provide service to users during lunch, dinner, and recess periods, receive goods and complete control spreadsheets, verify expiration dates and labels on opened and frozen products, maintain proper organization and labeling of inputs, perform daily food safety and compliance checklists. **COMPENSATION:** R$ 2\.100,00 INCLUDING HAZARDOUS DUTY ALLOWANCE **BENEFITS:** Health insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\. **NOTE:** Position is located at the Santa Inês School restaurant **REQUIREMENTS:** Prior experience in this role required **Minimum Education:** Elementary School (1st level)
