AUTOCAD, OFFICE, EXCEL SPREADSHEETS. **Experience:** PREPARING BUDGETS, PREPARING MATERIALS LISTS AND PROCUREMENT, MONITORING CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS ON-SITE AND VIA PHONE, WHATSAPP, AND E\-MAIL, MAINTAINING CLIENT CONTACT, SUPERVISING STAFF ACTIVITIES ON-SITE AND BY PHONE, COMMUNICATING WITH SUPPLIERS, OBTAINING PRICE QUOTATIONS..
