Job Summary: A Construction Hoist Operator is responsible for inspecting, operating, and ensuring the proper functioning of hoists used for transporting personnel and loads at construction sites. Focus on safety and compliance with regulations (NR-12, NR-18, NR-35, NR-6) **Description:** **Minimum requirements to fill this position are:** Completion of elementary education; Prior experience operating construction hoists (rack-and-pinion type); Knowledge of and/or training in NR\-12, NR\-18, NR\-35, and NR\-6; **Preferred qualifications include:** Completion of secondary education; Previous experience at construction sites involving vertical transportation of personnel and loads; Organized profile, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal communication skills. As a Construction Hoist Operator, your responsibilities will include: Inspecting the hoist's operational condition at the start of each shift, per checklist and safety regulations; Operating construction hoists to transport personnel, materials, equipment, and tools, adhering to load limits; Performing minor adjustments and simple repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance; Reporting irregularities, supporting immediate supervisors, and contributing to corrective action planning; Maintaining equipment condition, workplace organization, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM 251120020248383647
