You will be responsible for production process operations—including verification, inspection, and filling of cylinders, baskets, and LPG vessels (Liquid Gas Vessels)—by handling equipment in factory production areas, in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, meeting established requirements. This includes loading and verifying customer vehicles, routes, and supplies, as well as internal product movement using electric forklifts or pallet jacks. You will also analyze medical and industrial products and manage inventory through rotating and annual stocktaking, supporting maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Fill industrial and medical cylinders, baskets, and LPG vessels, recording all data accurately in reports per quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans according to schedule. * Maintain your operational workspace clean and organized. * Fulfill distribution-scheduled orders on time and in correct quantities to satisfy internal and external customer needs. * Ensure filling station equipment (O-rings, flexible hoses, swivel joints), gas purifiers, vacuum pumps, cryogenic pumps, and compressors operate within pre-established quality and safety standards. * Keep analytical equipment calibrated to comply with existing quality plans. * Perform classification, separation, and full inspection (sorting) of cylinders, baskets, and LPG vessels. * Conduct external cylinder inspections, identifying essential parameters for approval or rejection of filling, as well as odor and hammer tests; * Verify routes, supplies, and customer vehicles. * Carry out periodic inventories of cylinders, baskets, and materials to align physical stock with SAP system stock. * Separate, assemble, and load shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks; * Follow health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and policies, and support maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\), implementing continuous and sustainable improvement initiatives; * Strictly comply with established safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling practices for chemicals, cylinders, baskets, and LPG vessels; * Participate in company-provided training and development programs to enhance technical skills, process knowledge, and safety awareness; * Guarantee product specifications using available resources, minimizing costs while adhering to established technical, quality, and safety standards; * Perform batch analysis for medical and industrial products prior to shipment to customers, following area-specific standard operating procedures; * Conduct batch analysis and record results in the appropriate data system. Upon completion, submit the system-generated certificate for approval by a qualified professional **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in production or maintenance roles. * Preferred: Knowledge of internal production and filling standards and procedures; experience with Intelex platform, SAP, HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) policy, operational procedures, and forklift/pallet jack operation. **Additional Information** * On-site position. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Basic computer literacy, logical and mathematical reasoning.
