




Job Summary: Performs physicochemical analyses of food products, verifies the quality of raw materials and inputs, and issues reports, ensuring quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Performs physicochemical analyses of flour, bran, and wheat; verifies and controls the quality of inputs, packaging, and raw materials; issues reports for finished products; records, analyzes, and controls qualitative product data; monitors results versus customer specifications. Cleans equipment after use in analyses or as needed to obtain accurate results and prevent contamination.
