We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst III **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure environments (OCI and Azure), ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of services. * Administer and operate Kubernetes clusters (OKE and AKS), ensuring performance, resilience, and adherence to container orchestration best practices. * Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker, improving application lifecycle efficiency. * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring agile, secure, and automated deliveries. * Implement and manage continuous delivery (GitOps) strategies using ArgoCD, ensuring environment consistency. * Incident management, postmortems, and operational process automation. * Monitor infrastructure health, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements in reliability and observability. * Diagnose and resolve complex issues in hybrid cloud environments, ensuring operational stability of critical services. * Collaborate with development teams and other infrastructure areas, promoting DevOps culture and cross-team integration. * Participate in migration, cost optimization (FinOps), and cloud architecture evolution projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** * Experience in IT infrastructure, particularly in cloud environments. * Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure. * Hands-on experience with managed Kubernetes clusters (OKE and AKS). * Experience with containerization using Docker. * Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab. * Practical knowledge and application of ArgoCD and GitOps concepts. * Experience or strong interest in observability, incident management, and automation. **Certifications (Preferred):** * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified (Associate/Professional). * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect. * Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or CKAD. **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability under pressure. * Automation-oriented mindset focused on eliminating manual work. * Strong communication skills, enabling collaboration across technical and business teams. * Proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions and continuously improving environments. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of automation and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Terraform). * Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or equivalent). * Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and Kubernetes security concepts. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
