Job Summary: Perform general maintenance processes for the hotel, ensuring service delivery and customer assistance in accordance with established guidelines, and maintain organization and preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, painting, etc.) 2. Ensure organization and cleanliness of the maintenance department 3. Maintain and preserve tools and equipment Carry out hotel maintenance processes, always aiming to deliver services and assist customers according to established guidelines; repair general equipment including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, painting, masonry, carpentry, gardening, telephone cabling for the PABX central, telecommunications, and data cabling; ensure constant organization and cleanliness of the maintenance department and storage areas for equipment and materials, with proper identification of items in their respective storage locations; supervise external maintenance service providers when necessary; maintain and preserve work tools and equipment; perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity related to hotel maintenance, including general repairs; uphold professional conduct, appearance, attitudes, and procedures in line with company policies, standards, and procedures; attend periodic departmental meetings and training sessions as required; keep the department clean and organized at all times, requesting support from the housekeeping department whenever needed; ensure the safety of customers and colleagues, seeking assistance from management and/or security when necessary. Report to the direct supervisor any equipment or items requiring repair in guest rooms and other hotel areas; always use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the type of work being performed; perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor, general management, or company leadership.
