Continuous pursuit of opportunities to reduce discounts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Implement the company's discount policy. Monitor discount KPIs, control store discount authorities and payment terms, and manage related processes and reports. Serve as the responsible party for the business rule governing store discount exceptions (Business Desk). Continuously identify opportunities to reduce discounts, thereby improving the company's profitability and profit metrics. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Prior experience in data analysis; Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python; Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights; Curiosity and initiative to uncover opportunities within work areas; **PREFERRED:** Previous experience in pricing and data analysis. Ability to make data-driven and analysis-based decisions. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
