




**Job Description** We are seeking a Senior Linux Analyst to perform administration, support, and evolution of Linux environments, ensuring system stability, security, and high availability. The professional will be responsible for maintaining operational infrastructure, supporting continuous improvement projects, and resolving medium-complexity incidents. Hybrid work model from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and ensure infrastructure systems’ availability and performance. * Manage configuration and maintenance of servers and network devices. * Assist in implementing and updating information security policies. * Perform application deployment. * Conduct timely troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues. * Document operational processes and procedures. * Collaborate with project teams on infrastructure improvement initiatives. * Conduct capacity and performance analyses to optimize resources. * Participate in evaluating and selecting new infrastructure technologies and solutions. * Support implementation of backup and disaster recovery solutions. * Stay updated on IT infrastructure trends and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Linux Systems Administration Solid hands-on experience with multiple distributions: RHEL/Oracle, Ubuntu, Debian, and SUSE. * Experience managing packages (apt, yum/dnf, rpm, dpkg). * Service control and monitoring via systemctl and log analysis using journalctl. * File Systems and Storage Configuration of LVM, RAID, and partition management. Administration of file systems (ext4, XFS, Btrfs). * Automatic mounting with autofs and configuration of NFS and Samba shares. Networking and Security TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP network configuration and maintenance. * Troubleshooting using tcpdump, netstat, ss, ping. Advanced SSH administration (keys, tunneling, security best practices). * Knowledge of SELinux and AppArmor. Automation and Scripting Advanced Bash scripting. * **Experience with automation and deployment tools, especially Jenkins and Rundeck.** (A client requirement for this position) Familiarity with Python and/or Perl applied to task automation. * Monitoring and Logging Use of tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus with Grafana. Log management with Syslog, ELK Stack, and Graylog. Virtualization and Containers Experience with KVM, VMware, and Hyper\-V. * Knowledge of Docker and familiarity with orchestration using Kubernetes. * Infrastructure Services Configuration and administration of web servers (Apache and Nginx). Email services (Postfix, Dovecot). * Databases MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL, including installation and backup routines. Valuable Complementary Skills Cloud Computing Experience with AWS, Azure OCI, or Google Cloud, focused on Linux environments. * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
