Learn more about the company's **Customized Polymer**, **Sustainable Fiber**, **Durable Metal**, and **Integrated Solutions** at **www.greif.com** and follow **Greif** on Instagram and LinkedIn. **OUR VISION:** Being the customer service company in the world. **OUR PURPOSE:** Creating packaging solutions for life’s essentials.**Job Requisition \#:** 033732 JUNIOR SGI ANALYST (Open)**Job Description:** POSITION OBJECTIVE Manage and continuously improve Quality, Safety, and Environmental processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, supporting industrial operations, and advancing the site's performance indicators.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------------- * Conduct internal and external audits (ISO, customers, and certification bodies) * Manage nonconformities (corrective and preventive actions, suppliers) * Monitor quality and operational performance indicators * Drive continuous improvement of production processes * Review and control documents (procedures, work instructions, records) * Perform in-line production inspections and material validation * Deliver technical training (quality, safety, and processes) * Ensure compliance with programs such as GMP, HACCP, 7S, and FAR * Monitor suppliers and service providers * Manage occupational health and safety and environmental requirements * Support product performance testing and technical validations * Control measuring instruments (calibration and proper usage) * Manage waste and sustainability aspects of operations **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- **Mandatory:** * Bachelor's degree completed * 2–4 years of experience in Quality / SGI / Manufacturing * Experience with audits and management systems * Knowledge of quality tools **Preferred:** * Basic English * Knowledge of ISO standards * Metrology * Experience with management systems (ERP or internal systems) * Microsoft Office (especially Excel) **EXPECTED COMPETENCIES** -------------------------- * Strong results orientation * Operational discipline (follows process, no improvisation) * Ability to take ownership and accountability * Strong communication and technical leadership skills * Data-driven decision making * Ability to implement change * Continuous improvement mindset At **Greif**, we believe that our colleagues are the center of our success.
