




Job Summary: Responsible for reviewing payroll processes, ensuring legal compliance, managing benefits and labor charges, and serving as the technical reference in HR. Key Highlights: 1. Involves accounting analysis, reconciliation, and preparation of management reports. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Review the entire payroll process, including calculation verification and closing of labor charges. * Ensure timely execution of onboarding, termination, vacation, and homologation processes, as well as compliance with legislation and deadlines. * Monitor and manage benefits, labor charges, and ancillary obligations (DIRF, RAIS/eSocial, SEFIP, DCTFWeb, DET). * Ensure correct transmission and management of events in eSocial. * Perform payroll-related accounting analyses and reconciliations. * Prepare management reports and area-specific indicators. * Act in a generalist capacity across Human Resources processes. * Support internal departments and serve as the technical reference for the team. * Monitor updates to labor legislation and propose process improvements. **Specific Projects and Initiatives:** Support standardization and updating of Personnel and Human Resources processes. Participation in internal and external audits and inspections. **Requirements:** * Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Sênior, SIGER, TOTVS, or others). * Ability to review processes and implement improvements. * Proficiency with tools such as Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or workflow systems (preferred). * Experience with labor legislation compliance and audits. * Intermediate English (preferred) * Availability to work onsite in Porto Alegre/RS (North Zone).
