




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for recruitment, selection, personnel administration, training and development, as well as employee support and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on training, development, and organizational well-being Recruitment and selection, job posting, interviews, and hiring of new employees. Organization of documents, records, contracts, and onboarding and offboarding processes. Time tracking, hour bank, vacation management, transportation allowance, salaries, and benefits. Training, development, onboarding of new employees, and team capacity building. Employee support, organizational climate monitoring, conflict mediation, and initiatives to improve the work environment. Medical examination follow-up, PPE control, regulatory standards compliance, and accident prevention. Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resource Management or related fields. Knowledge of labor laws, time tracking, training and development.
