Team support and activity logging. **Work Schedule:** 5x2, 08:00 to 17:48 **Salary:** R$ 2\.354,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, life insurance, attendance bonus. **Job Objective** Ensure the preservation and good condition of civil and hydraulic facilities through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, responding promptly to demands and guaranteeing service quality. Operate in compliance with safety regulations, contributing to the functionality, organization, and safety of the church environment, while supporting the team in complementary activities and maintaining updated records of all interventions performed. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on civil and hydraulic structures; * Carry out repairs on masonry, painting, flooring, ceilings, glass, and window/door frames; * Work on hydraulic systems (pipes, faucets, valves, shut-off valves, and drains); * Respond promptly to corrective service requests; * Properly use PPE and adhere to safety regulations; * Maintain care of tools and work equipment; * Log activities in service orders; * Report requirements for specialized maintenance; * Support other team tasks as needed. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (high school or technical education preferred); * Experience in building maintenance; * Knowledge of civil, hydraulic, and infrastructure services; * Basic understanding of service orders and simple blueprints; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license (Class B); * Knowledge of occupational safety standards. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and versatility * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Organization and time management * Commitment to safety Compensation: starting from R$2\.354,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
