Inventory management and customer service assistance * Assist with store administrative routines. * Support document and file control and organization. * Perform data entry and updates in spreadsheets and internal systems. * Assist with order, quotation, and customer registration control. * Provide commercial department support in sales tracking and after-sales follow-up. * Assist in issuing and verifying invoices and other commercial documents. * Support inventory control and product inbound/outbound recording in the system. * Handle telephone inquiries and provide customer service support as needed. * Organize basic financial documents (bank slips, receipts, etc.). * Support the administrative team with daily activities.
