The internship position in **CS Ops** will directly support the team in campaign execution, data organization, and report generation, ensuring operational efficiency and consistent results. With this support, we can implement promotions swiftly, monitor key metrics, and deliver solutions that strengthen relationships with our partners. This role is a key piece in transforming processes into success stories. Responsibilities: **Key Activities** * Support daily routines of the Customer Success team; * Upload and configure promotions and campaigns in internal systems; * Prepare presentations with metrics and results; * Collect and organize data to support analysis; * Perform data reconciliations for clients; * Prepare reports for tracking departmental activities.
