Organization and hygiene in the production process **Job Description** * Prepare food items according to recipes and technical specifications. * Sanitize food and raw materials used in the production process. * Provide customer service within your work area. * Perform packaging and storage routines for products intended for sale. * Clean equipment used in the production process. **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 9:50 PM. Sundays on a rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Must be over 18 years of age. • Prior experience in food handling is desirable
