Experience Experience in managing and conducting occupational health examinations and outpatient care. Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite; Computerized systems; Comprehensive healthcare. Responsibilities Attend to and advise internal and external clients as well as suppliers. Perform outpatient nursing procedures, such as: administering medications and vaccines, dressing wounds, monitoring vital signs—all under medical supervision. Participate in educational and preventive health activities and in the Organization’s multidisciplinary projects. Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes for their department. Assist in collecting and maintaining data and information related to their area of expertise, following established processes and routines. Prepare reports, correspondence, texts, and documents specific to their area. Manage inventory of materials within their department. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Additional responsibilities in the People Administration Management area: Manage and schedule periodic medical examinations for employees of the System.
